Idea
The idea of home-grown fruit and vegetables, which will be in line with ecological cultivation, and which we will bring to all our loyal guests through our tables, was born a long time ago.
However, the realization of this business venture came in 2019, when the "Green Oasis" ranch was created. Today, we can proudly say that this idea has come to life and is an integral part of our business, and local fruits and vegetables have become the trademark of our fine and quality dishes.
Healthy (Eco) Food
The healthy food we produce at the “Zelena Oaza” ranch has become our mission, as has the preparation of healthy meals at Restaurant MM. We plant and grow vegetables and fruits with great care, organically. Organic fruit and vegetable farming is certified by the Global Gap standard.

Realization
In addition to enjoying food based on our local ingredients, our guests have the opportunity to purchase small and limited quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables displayed in a small corner in the restaurant's sales area.
A healthy corner with healthy food attracts the eyes of passers-by, and the smell of freshly picked apples, cabbage leaves, and red peppers spreads along the street. We enjoy producing food just as much as we enjoy preparing and serving it.
